Namaste!!!
Happy that there is less assignment
this week! Also very much jubilant as I could learn from my partners how final
projects should be shaped.
This week what strike me the most is Multiple
Intelligence that our learners are capable in different aspects, seeing and
hearing, reflecting and acting, reasoning logically and intuitively, analyzing
and visualizing, steadily and in fits and starts. Unlike the traditional
practices, they should not be assessed on a particular parameter only.
Therefore there is dire need of introducing technology that will evaluate a
class according to multiple intelligence.
Hope to read your own reflections as
always!!!
Best, Sindhu.
I agree that less assignments are a good thing. Multiple intelligence as you say definitely exists. That's why every class is a new journey full of possibilities.
ReplyDeleteI hope that by the end of this course, we will be able to implement radical changes in education in developing countries.
Thank you Ayman! I also wish the same!!! :)))
ReplyDeleteHi Sindhu,
ReplyDeleteYour are always first one to complete the tasks in time through out the course,I was inspired with your speed always want to complete the tasks before you did it but I could not only one week is left for me to beat you wish me best of luck!!
I appreciate your approach on multiple intelligence theory use of verbs/gerund forms i.e. hearing, reflecting etc instead of nouns. If we use verbs action is visualized.
Cheers,
Vinay
Hi Sindhu Didi!
ReplyDeleteIt is true to say that every learner has different learning styles. Some learn only by hearing and others learn by acting, analyzing seeing, playing and so on.Individual differences and learning styles are the prerequisites for the teachers to design a plan.I liked the ninth week and say it must be in the first week of the course.
